After researching the new 2018 Q5 I was very interested in acquiring a new Q5. Paul Deeb was most helpful in going over the completely new Q5, pointing out the various items that tweeked my interest. Most all the Q5's had been pre ordered and it looked like I would have to be patient and wait until more cars would be allocated to Audi Sarasota. However, after only a day Paul called me to inform me of a new Q5 meeting my requests would be delivered in a couple of days. We arranged for a meeting and the process began and ended smoothly with the purchase of the vehicle. Paul spent additional time indoctrinating me on the new features of the car. His energetic and courteous style made this a positive experience. Anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle should ask for Paul Deeb, you won't be disappointed. More

Terrible Experience I had a terrible experience start to finish. I would never recommend this dealership. My sister and I went to see a used vehicle. Being women 2. Looking as if we couldn't afford an Audi. Our salesman did what he could to get us out of the dealership ASAP. He would not even entertain negotiationing with us saying, we don't negotiate these cars. I left furious about the treatment I received. At that point I called and dealt with the used car manager exclusively. Together we negotiated a deal. When I went to pay for the car I was told,"we are too busy now you will have to come back." I was in shock! I explained that I was in Florida on vacation and did not want to further inconvenience my sister. Obviously, they didn't care! When I went back the next day my finance person was boarder line rude. Even having the car shipped to my home was an issue. I left with the expectation that my car would be shipped the next day. When I called the carrier I was told it did not get shipped because the dealership changed it's mind about allowing pick up after hours. It would have been professional of them to call me directly so that I could have made plans to be available to the carrier. I now had to reschedule pick up and delivery at a higher cost. In the future I will stay with BMW because they do not care what I wear or that I am a women. More
