I had an amazing experience with the SLC dealership when I brought my car in for the 40,000 mile check up. Connor was my rep and he was cordial and helpful with my check in. Upon my return, Connor gr I brought my car in for the 40,000 mile check up. Connor was my rep and he was cordial and helpful with my check in. Upon my return, Connor greeted me and promptly checked me out and brought my car directly to me (he didn’t want me to have to stand in the cold). He installed new windshield wipers as I waited. The technicians at Audi of Salt Lake City changed the oil and oil filter in our Audi Q5 on November 21 An oil leak was discovered while we were returning to our home in Wyoming on November 23. The car had t and oil filter in our Audi Q5 on November 21 An oil leak was discovered while we were returning to our home in Wyoming on November 23. The car had to be towed back to the Audi shop for repair. The technician that was on duty troubleshot the cause of the oil leak. The technician installed a new oil filter assembly and cleaned the undercarriage of the car due to the oil leak. We were able to resume our return trip to Wyoming later in the afternoon on November 23. I received a call from Horst Buchanan, the service manger at 9 am on Monday morning November 25. Horst extended his apologies for the incident and initiated the offer that Audi of Salt Lake City would reimburse us for the service charge on the oil and filter change. The service department at Audi of Salt Lake City showed their commitment to customer service by taking prompt action to resolve the incident. I would recommend using the automotive service at Audi of Salt Lake City due to their commitment to customer service and professional technicians. More
