Thanks you for your response, I did speak to one of your Managers ( just for information nobody called me back after 2 hours) so I called again and I finally after be putting me on hold spoke to a one of your managers, even though I wanted to talk to the actual Service Manager. Unfortunately I don’t have the Name of the Person. I explained in Details what happened again and she was very helpful and after informing her that I was leaving for Europe for 5 weeks to call and they would pick up the car and have a detailed analysis of what the real problem is. In the Video your Mechanic sent he explained that the high pressure Fuel Pump had a leak. I spoke to my Son who has Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and he informed me that could have never caused the problem, I will be calling after I return from Europe. Again thank you for your response.
