Dear Audi Salt Lake City, The most recent service on my 2015 Q7, performed in May 2022 sealed the deal for other Auto service locations. I will never have either of my Audi's serviced at this dealership a 2015 Q7, performed in May 2022 sealed the deal for other Auto service locations. I will never have either of my Audi's serviced at this dealership again. $1800.00 including the alignment I thought would be prudent. I received my car the next day with the steering wheel 90 degrees off of dead center. The car I received back was not drivable, the alignment was not off, I wanted it check for correctness. You screwed my car up so bad; when I call from the road to explain the car was not drivable, you let me know you could not arrange to have the issue corrected for 5 days. There are other places to go for service and in all future service needs I will take advantage of that. You lost the best people who once worked there. Good Bye, Ross Hinman More

Contacted Audi SLC to order a vehicle. Was immediately advised they will be charging a 10k markup over the MSRP on the vehicle. Dealerships make a killing on the MSRP to begin with. This i Was immediately advised they will be charging a 10k markup over the MSRP on the vehicle. Dealerships make a killing on the MSRP to begin with. This is a new tactic for greedy dealerships to take advantage of customers. If someone bought a car for 10k additional and had a unfortunate accident. They would be out 10k and way more. I would strongly recommend avoiding dealerships that are looking to take advantage of customers. If they're willing to take advantage of customers on a purchase. What do you think they will do with a repair? Could be you next. More
