2 1/2 week advanced scheduling for oil change. Requested to wait for reserved time. When I got there they said it would be 2-3 hrs or to take lift to and from. Never received call that my car w Requested to wait for reserved time. When I got there they said it would be 2-3 hrs or to take lift to and from. Never received call that my car was ready. I Called 6 hrs later and it just happened to be ready…. For an expensive high end shop I expect a lot more operational management and service. May start going to another shop. More
