I had been in the market for a Q5 and was struggling to find the right match for quite some time. Saif went above and beyond to help me find the Q5 that fit ALL my criteria. He was incredibly personable, a find the right match for quite some time. Saif went above and beyond to help me find the Q5 that fit ALL my criteria. He was incredibly personable, allayed all the concerns I had during the process and made sure to demo every detail of the Q5 with me. He made this the easiest and smoothest purchasing experience I’ve had to date! I highly recommend working him and the Audi Rochester Hills team for your next Audi purchase. More
Brian Bucholtz was highly knowledgeable, efficient and fun to work with, and Reta did a great job with the financing and title work. Excellent experience across the board! fun to work with, and Reta did a great job with the financing and title work. Excellent experience across the board! More
I never write reviews (this is my first), but it is only because of the very unfair way I have been treated. I am out $2,500 for service work that I was told would be covered. I was convinced by the deal because of the very unfair way I have been treated. I am out $2,500 for service work that I was told would be covered. I was convinced by the dealer that my 2013 S6 had a known Audi design problem that could destroy my twin turbo on 2013 S6's around the mileage that mine had. I was out of warranty, and I was told it would be $15,000 to fix if my turbo was damaged by this flaw. However, Audi had come up with a repair kit to bring my turbo up to the new design that Audi came up with to correct this problem. That Audi fix to keep their design flaw from ruining my turbo would cost me $2,500. I wasn't thrilled and asked why this wasn't a recall item. Their response was, "Sorry, it is not a recall item, however, if it does become a recall item, you will be reimbursed the $2,500". Well, I searched online for my vehicle type, and sure enough, there were many unhappy vehicle owners forced to replace their twin turbos because of this design flaw. I decided to have the dealer do the work knowing that if and when it became a recall item, I would be reimbursed. I didn't want to have a 15k bill in the future due to their flaw. A year later, this flaw became a recall item. I received a letter in the mail saying that the upgrade would be done for free, or if I had spent any money to fix any damage, that amount would be reimbursed. So all of those unhappy Audi owners that had to replace their twin turbos are getting their bills paid. I have spent two months trying to work with Audi of America and Audi of Rochester Hills (My dealer), and I was originally told "We just need to see your proof of payment". That turned into, "We are sorry, but you elected to do that service yourself, so we are not going to reimburse you any of that amount." Really? If I did nothing, I would either have the recall design fix upgrade for free, or if my turbo exploded, they would now reimburse my $15,000. However, because I did what I was recommended to do by the dealer, and was told I would be reimbursed, I am out of luck. After calmly discussing/emailing with 4 individuals over two months, nothing. Not even a good will free oil change (not that the free oil change would suffice), but at least it is a bit of an olive branch. I love my S6, and I truly really loved my experiences with the service guys and the dealership. I felt like I was always treated so well compared to other American brand dealerships. I often bragging to my friends and family about how after you go Audi, you will always go Audi. Well, the principal of this has really turned me off. Not only has this bait and switch caused me to write my first review, but I am reviewing my options for litigation which would also be a first for me. I think the dealership and Audi have a great product and put on a good face, but they truly do not care about promises made, or doing right on something as obvious as this. Very disappointed that I know have to find another brand that I can fall in love with! More
From first visit through order and delivery, these guys were just great. Ron Rabillas set expectations really well and then delivered as promised (with some help from Audi of course). He kept in touch vi were just great. Ron Rabillas set expectations really well and then delivered as promised (with some help from Audi of course). He kept in touch via text and email throughout the build/ship process. It was a pleasure doing business and I'm sure I'll do some more in the future. More
