Took my 2026 Audi S5 into the dealership today to address a rear tire leak. After servicing the tire, someone decided to "wipe down" the inside of my car. They used a dirty rag to wipe down my piano black a rear tire leak. After servicing the tire, someone decided to "wipe down" the inside of my car. They used a dirty rag to wipe down my piano black center bezel. They absolutely destroyed the bezel with scratches. When the issue was shown to the Service Manager, Brandon Vidaurri, he said he didn't see any. He would not even get inside the car. When I offered to use the same rag to wipe down their cars in the showroom, he quickly declined and walked to his desk to hide his desk name plate and and refused to give his card information when asked. I had to ask another service person to get his name. The pictures speak for themselves. Brandon Vidaurri took no responsibility for the damage, demonstrated zero integrity and then hid his identity like a child. More

When you have an issue with your car, this dealership is horrible. We left feeling like we had been dealing with stereotypical used car salesmen after trying to get help with a defective spare tire compress horrible.
