Exceptional service! I will start off by saying that I was extremely lucky to get an almost immediate email response by Dana after showing interest in an A5 on the dealer' I will start off by saying that I was extremely lucky to get an almost immediate email response by Dana after showing interest in an A5 on the dealer's website. This progressed to very timely responses back and forth as she wanted to know EXACTLY what I wanted in a car so she could best find the perfect car for me. I admit I was a difficult client haha. I had very particular things i wanted in my A5, being a manual transmission was one of them. Dana went above and beyond to find MY car, even having to flatbed it from a different state. I believe it is important to note that Audi Reading was the THIRD Audi dealer I visited. The previous 2 dealers made little to NO effort in finding me MY car. I was met with "we don't have any", "why don't you think about an S3 instead", " how about this A4"... Dana made this process so easy and efficient for me. She was not pushy at all and did not even consider offering me a car I was not requesting. Once they got the car in, I visited their location (which is stunning) and met with Dana and the staff. Everything was explained exceptionally well and I felt very comfortable. All the paperwork was done before I even arrived! I would HIGHLY recommend everyone looking for an exceptional car at an exceptional dealership to visit Audi Reading!!! YOU MUST ALSO REQUEST DANA CAMPION! She is the absolute best!!! More

Lowest of the low This dealership allowed me to purchase and leave for a long drive (over an hour) in the rain without disclosing the car had a non-functioning alernato This dealership allowed me to purchase and leave for a long drive (over an hour) in the rain without disclosing the car had a non-functioning alernator. Buying a used car you assume some risk but an alternator is a major system of the car. They where sure to mention a strut bearing that needed replacement but not the alternator? Unfair and dangerous. I would never buy or recommend another person to ever set foot in this dealership again. Terrible. More
