What Others Say

If a friend asked I’d probably suggest they avoid this dealer. I came in prepared to buy a vehicle and typically I’m a pretty easy sale since I make up my mind before I ever enter the dealer. As I tried to explain what I was looking for the salesperson kept talking over me and then subsequently providing the wrong information. Dave yourself some time and aggravation and try Lancaster or Allentown Audi dealers first.

The service manager Josh has always been willing to help his customers whenever he can within reason. This trip he heped me went above and beyond with a problem that I was having with my 3.0 tdi. Though it was considered to be out of warranty.

Very poor service - they sold me a highly expensive Q7 with worn out rear breaking pads... they dared to call me to ask whether I would be interested in rolling the car; when I told them they sold car in unfair market conditions (65% rear worn pads and 15% front...), they hung up

Let me start by saying the 3.0 tdi issues are not the dealer’s fault they lose money on the warranty repairs. Reading Audi is merely doing the best they can with what they are dealt on these. I have been to a few different dealers and had different experiences. I have been dealing with my q7 tdi issues for 2 years now while taking it to Reading Audi. Reading Audi does always have a wait to get vehicles in the shop due to I believe 2 issues. Covid and the thoroughness of the repairs and the time it takes to perform those repairs. With all of the repairs that my TDI required there was 1 that cam back to haunt us. But Reading Audi stood by the mistake and repaired the issue. They did get a new service writer after Ed had left. The new one has a way of mis-leading. Even with this I believe he still possesses the Integrity to do the right thing for his customers. Through every repair I did get to drive some very nice loaners.

This place is a joke...I understand Audi is a premium brand but $200 for an oil change alone is a rippoff not to mention it took 3 hours for that...good thing I only go to this place once a year or I would be broke by now...maybe I'll give Audi of Allentown a try next time.

I trusted this dealership to maintain my Q7 for the past 3 years, but now because of them not rotating the tires or offering to do an alignment my tire warranty is voided because of their neglect. I should not be needing new tires at 15000 miles.
