I went in to this dealership twice in the past 3 months. Originally I was interested in a 2014 S6 or 2014 AMG C63 and even tho I mentioned that I was interested in a different vehicle the sales team was sti Originally I was interested in a 2014 S6 or 2014 AMG C63 and even tho I mentioned that I was interested in a different vehicle the sales team was still very helpful and willing to assist me in making a decision. I learned a lot about the S6 and left the dealership very pleased. Over the past few months my needs changed and I went back and purchased a 2014 AUDI Q7 instead and once again had a great experience there. I will continue doing business with this dealership. I would like to commend Sal who treated me exceptionally well recently. I hope that approach will continue in the future. George Androsavitch is a fine salesman and a lovely person. Kudos to George and Sal and the numerous other employees who greet me personally by name and with a warm smile. It is appreciated. My wife and I have purchased numerous Audis. We always try to be courteous and appreciative and feel like good and loyal customers who deserve to be treated well. I feel that we are, although this was not always the case in the service department. We did like Jay personally. Something seems to have changed with the attitude of the staff. This usually comes from the top and I must assume that this has happened since the change in ownership. No one can take their customers for granted in this day and age and expect to be successful. To me there are several factors that are imperative. 1. Fair and honest treatment 2. Thorough and expert service that is done right the first time 3.
