This is the 5th Audi we have purchased and the second from this dealer. It's only the second time in my life that I have purchased a car and not felt like I was taken advantage of. It was a fair deal for all involved. The service department is top notch and we have gotten to know Sal Scarpino very well as he recently made the move from the Volkswagen service desk to the Audi service desk. Sal and Allyson Stout are very courteous and efficient behind the service desk. Our son recently stopped by to check out the Volkswagen Tiguan. He was very impressed that multiple staff members immediately recognized that he was our son, remembered that our daughter had test driven a Jetta this past summer and that his uncle was a customer, as well. Our son commented on the great customer service that was demonstrated to him throughout his visit. In fact,he recognized that the dealership would be a great place to work and that he wondered if there would be a job opening for him over his college summer break. More
