Excellent Experience I was in the market for a good used car for my new job as a district manager and I also have brothers used are car fanatics! My brother found what I was looking for and actually used this dealership for his Audi, and had me go and check it out. From that moment till I drove my car out of the lot it was a warm, non-pushy, professional experience. Lou was helpful every step of the way and gave me as much time and information as I needed. Jason and Blaine were also very helpful. I would suggest this dealership to everyone. Even though there are probably 3 VW dealerships closer to me than Reading, it will be worth my while to go back to them for any needs. One of brothers will probably buy his next car from them next year. More

Service improved, facilitates are awesome and I cant wait for the totally newly redesigned Audi and VW Showrooms!!. As per this car buy (VW Jetta), I enjoyed my time with Tim Dati in used car sales and will certainly keep him as my trusted automotive advisor. I will buy my next A5 or A7 from Tim when he gets a nice one back from lease... As for Service...The all-time best Service Associate I have ever dealt with in all my years buying cars is Sal Scarpino! I have had 3 Audi in the last 10 years (A4 and Q7 currently, and A6 Avant about 8 years ago) and now a 2011 VW Jetta I just bought from Tim and Reading VW. Sal Scarpino in Service is top notch. Put it this way...I know this is crazy...but I will pay extra at a dealer for non-warranty knowing Sal is handling my car....Period. Thats trust! They have no issue standing behind the work they do and they have proven this like no other dealership I have ever bought a car from. If you have not visited Don Rosen/Reading VW/Audi in Leesport, Pa (off 183...5 minutes from Broadcasting and Papermill Rd), since they changed ownership (went from Vision VW/Audi to Reading VW/Audi last year), please know NOW that Reading, PA now enjoys a world class Audi/VW automotive showroom, auto-body, and service facility and new and used car dealership. The selection of products (both new and used) has increased (more Audi's and VW's on the lot then ever before which is AWESOME!!). Tons of choice. No longer do you have to travel to other dealierships outside of Readoin to see and "touch" Audi and VW models the dealer didnt have on the lot (in terms of the features offered). And they have great and fair pricing. Go see Tim Dati to buy your car, let Dave Kaz finance it and if it ever needs service, take it to Sal Scarpino. These three amigos will keep me coming back to Reading VW/Audi for ever. People are taking notice because the showroom is always busy, but dont worry since they know how to take care of customers and you never feel like you arent taken care of. I even have my eyes on an A5 or A7... And When Tim finds one back on 24 month lease with low mileage and a good deal...he will call me... Now that they are building a dedicated Audi showroom, maybe I will be able to sit in an R8 one day in the future...or even test drive one...(even if i wont but it until I win the lottery)...lol.
