We knew what we wanted when we arrived and there was no time wasted in supplying us with that. We also financed through the dealership and they were able to provide us with a lower interest rate than expected which is always appreciated. My complaint is the car was delivered to us in poor condition. We were told the car had been detailed but the interior was still dirty from the last owner. The only thing that looked clean were the rubber floor mats that were still wet. There was dirt and grime in nooks and crannies and something crusty on the steering wheel. Also, the data dots thing. The dealership installs Datadots because of their car theft problem but then charges the customer for it as if it's a huge, necessary anti-theft feature. When I left the dealership I found a small box in the glove compartment titled "Datadots" with an applicator in it and a jar of something. Were the Datadots even applied? Small things like this make a difference. All in all we bought a Certified Volkswagen and I trust Volkswagen. Can't say the same about the dealership. I've had much better experiences elsewhere, including other Volkswagen dealerships. More

He always is on top of what is needed and makes you feel welcomed and valued. Knowing we'd be out of town for an extended stay, he observed my state inspection would expire before we returned. Got that taken care of in addition to a planned routine service. Making the appointment that worked with my schedule was easy and a loaner was provided. They are certainly not inexpensive but it is refreshing to feel like you are getting the high quality experience you pay for. More
