Car needed a fuse replaced and a loaner was provided for my use. Service department called within 24 hours and provided an update of my vehicle. My vehicle was ready for pick-up within 24 hours of being dro my use. Service department called within 24 hours and provided an update of my vehicle. Friday night my A4 Audi displayed a "Break Light Out" symbol on the dash panel. Saturday morning I arrived at the dealership unannounced at 8:00 am. I was immediately greeted by Sharon and was advised that my minor repair could be handled immediately. I was back on the road by a few minutes after 9:00 AM. Nothing to do with the dealership, but I wonder why simple things like changing a light bulb on an Audi cannot be accomplished by the owner? Is this what is meant by" Truth in Engineering"? More

I just wanted to George for the refreshing buying experience at Reading Audi on our recent Audi Q7 purchase. As we looked around, we found that many of the sellers just didn't meet our personal standard of integrity, not to mention the cars, although advertised as "spotless", were far from it. All the while we kept thinking about the car you were selling and the sense of trust we had from talking with you. In addition to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, George took the time on his days off to answer any questions we had. Had a flat in my 2004 Honda near their dealership. They were very helpful and understanding. They inspected the flat and let me know it was not repair-able. They searched and found tires in stock that mi were very helpful and understanding. They inspected the flat and let me know it was not repair-able. They searched and found tires in stock that might be a match, but when they investigated further, they said it would not be safe because this particular tires were not listed on the door sticker as options. So, rather than try to sell me inappropriate tires, or make me wait until they tried to find tires at another dealership, they put my spare (doughnut) tire on and suggested some retailers they felt would definitely have the tires I needed in stock. They told me there was no charge before they did the work. Within about 10 minutes they returned to let me know the spare was on. I asked if I could pay for their service. They said, "no" and that they were sorry they couldn't be more helpful. Can you imagine this kind of service from an auto dealership in 2013? Honestly, before this experience - I could not. I don't own an Audi, but I would definitely consider having my car serviced there, and the next time I'm in the market for a new car, you can be sure Audi Reading will be getting a visit from me. More

Cleared blocked air flow ports/carbon build up and replaced A/C controller and blower on 2010 Q5 3.2 V6. Audi Reading covered the cost of the carbon cleaning (approx. $1,850) but not the A/C unit (app replaced A/C controller and blower on 2010 Q5 3.2 V6. Audi Reading covered the cost of the carbon cleaning (approx. $1,850) but not the A/C unit (approx $950). Car was purchased used in Feb 2013 at 60K. Service and repairs occurred at 65K. Mid tier extended warranty purchased with the car did not cover carbon cleaning or AC damage. All staff were very helpful and service was provided promptly. More
