I originally called the dealership to look at two used cars. Upon arriving, the car I planned to look at was no longer availble. I was shopping around for CPO luxury vehicles of many brands, and settled on Audi Reading due to their willingness to work with me and their patience at letting me come to my own decision. In addition, they brought in a car I was interested in from another dealership over just for me to test drive. I loved it as much as I thought I would, and wound up buying it a day later. They are priced to competitively move vehicles, and the price on my CPO I believe was fair. I felt I was getting a good enough deal without even attempting to haggle, and all my concerns over repair expense is relieved thanks to CPO and optional extended service contract. The salesperson wasn't particularly talkative or even enthusiastic about the vehicles, but helped us in any way he could and was very accommodating. More

We have been Audi owners since 2004 and realized that it was time to replace my wife's TT Quattro Coupe which she insists was the best car she has ever owned. She knew she had to have an Audi with Quattro, was time to replace my wife's TT Quattro Coupe which she insists was the best car she has ever owned. She knew she had to have an Audi with Quattro, George Androsavich demonstrated several models and actually took the time to test drive each car with her. She actually drove the TT Coupe, the A 4 and the A 5 She decided on the A-5 . When the model and color she wanted could not be found, George suggested ordering a 2014 Prestige model with everything she wanted including special sport seating and the color combination that she was drawn to. The car arrived about a week earlier than we expected. She instantly loved the gray on gray color scheme. What we both appreciated from George was the most thorough new car delivery we have ever experienced. While the technology is overwhelming on the A-5, George simplified it and broke it down into understandable steps. He warned us that this was Audi 101 and that he would gladly be available in the future. We both thought it was hype but then he just called a few minutes ago to find out how we liked the car. I told him that my wife was just a little overwhelmed by the technology and was beginning to get frustrated. He immediately suggested that she stop in this coming Saturday morning for Audi 102!!!! This was unexpected, especially on a busy Saturday but he truly cared. I rate George highly because he is knowledgeable about the Audi product but more importantly he has a passion for Audi because he has owned many Audi's himself. It is rare these days to find someone who loves what they are doing and takes great pride in his work. Working with Sales Manager Keith Rentshler who I knew from Horrigan BMW, I am confident that our deal at Audi of Reading was the best possible anywhere. For all the reasons above Audi of Reading was the right dealership for us. More

Service was great. Sal was very helpful, friendly and quick with the entire service/loaner process. He even corrected the mix up with the warranty on my vehicle that was purchased with the certified pre quick with the entire service/loaner process.
