I e-mailed 12/28 to ask for a specific car, one I found on the web. I bought that exact car 2/7/14 for $2000 less because you kept reducing and ignoring me. I have the emails if you care to see them. Lou called me 1/30/14 about the car, I said I would be up the next day, he said he would call in AM, no call, I went up and car was not there, I was told after waiting 20 min.. Car would be back that evening, I could not get back until following Thur. I bought the car that da;y and gave you a check in full on Friday. Got the car home,and there was no oweners manuel, I called Lou at 8 AM, 1 PM and was calling again at 4 when he called me. Sorry no manuel available that day. Maybe Monday, when I said I woud come up Monday his response was NO NO may not have it ready, he will call me. This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced. I spent $40,0000.00 and don't know how to figure out electronics. In the meantime I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan. so this was my feel good gift to myself. It has become so tarnished, and I am so stressed. More

The interaction between myself and Audi Reading started off great. My purchase of the 2008 A8L went so smoothly. The sales rep (Chuck Renner) did everything for me. I never stepped foot into the dealership. Chuck was phenomenal! About 3 weeks after I purchased the car the break and service indicator came on. Needless to say I was not happy with this. Since I had just purchased the car, how could both lights be on already. I had barely driven it. (I have 2 other cars that I use) With the holidays and the snow I was finally able to get an appt with the dealer and took it in for the service. Much to my surprise I was told that the front breaks needed pads and the rear brakes needed roters. (However, the pads on the rear breaks were fine) Made no sense to me. I could understand pads, but roters? Especially roters and no pads for the rear! Seems to me the dealership put on new pads to cover up bad roters so the light would go off. They wanted to charge me $1800 for rear roters, front break pads, and a service. Now I understand Audi is a premium car, but the pricing totally shocked me. My husband negotiated it down to a little under $900. The dealership also owed me a dent removal. Since my husband picked up the car for me I wasn't able to check the dent removal. By the time I did look at the car, the dent was still there. So not sure if it was done or it just popped back. Needless to say I don't think I will use their service department for a few reasons. I'm concerned they may think of me as a "bad customer". I also felt like I was gouged on the price. Maybe I'm not used to Audi pricing. Either way, the pricing was too expensive and I know I can get it done cheaper at a non-Audi shop. I'm not weathy, but I am fond of nice cars. I have wanted an Audi A8 for at least 5 years. When Chuck contacted me with this Audi I decided to go with it. Even though it had 86K miles on it and it was a 2008, I still believed it would last me a long time. (I'll probably put less than 5 or 6K miles on it in a year. More
This is my 5th Audi from this dealership. I keep coming back because of the exceptional customer service of Reading Audi's employees. I have always received professional service by everyone there. This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of talking to a few people who were also waiting for their service. It did not take me long to notice that I am not the only customer who was happy with this dealership. Lots of kudos go out to Reading Audi employees for how they treat their customers.
