In February, knowing my lease expired in May, I knew that I needed to make some decisions. Up to this point, it was difficult to look for a possible replacement due to all the snowy weather. Then, I received a promo from Keith Rentschler requesting to purchase my leased BMW. At this time, I began checking the net with the possibility of considering the Audi. Liking what I saw in the Q5, I ventured to Reading Audi and met a delightful sales person, Celene Johnston. I was able to get the needed info that sold me on the Audi. The details were worked out to my satisfaction and an order placed. Communication continued with Celene as the correct car was located and finally arrived. The delivery went very smoothly with Celene explaining the important functions of the "perfect" car to me due to her knowledge of all the details. I spent the next morning reviewing all the knobs and buttons (easy due to her explanation) and then took a delightful ride, not realizing the comfort and easy of driving that I will continue to enjoy. More
