I was looking at an Audi R8.. There was a pre-owned but I was also considering new. We are not talking about a 20,000 vehicle here. The salesman was inexperienced and when he brought my questions / concerns was also considering new. We are not talking about a 20,000 vehicle here. The salesman was inexperienced and when he brought my questions / concerns to his manager, the manager never stepped 1 foot out of his door ( we were sitting 10 feet from him ) to acknowledge us, not a hello, a smile nothing. The salesman insisted the car was not negotiable but after 10 minutes dropped the price 3 grand. As we were leaving, the business manager was re-entering, held the door open for my wife, she said thank you TWO times. She got no reply not even a "have a good day" "you're welcome" not a word. By the way, he had no knowledge as to whether we purchased the R8 or not. We found this dealerships employees to be unprofessional and arrogant. We then proceeded to Audi in Cary Auto Park where we found just the opposite! We would never return to Raleigh Audi nor would be refer anybody we like there. More
