When my daughter and I looked on the used car lot and saw our GLK, we were not thinking it was going to be in our price range. It was not only in our price range but no one had put a deposit on it. I immediately did my due diligence and our Sales Rep John Marble was sincere and explained the process with much patience, and dealing with a teenager he had won her over. John's promises and delivery of the car the next day was impressive, and though we had a car to trade he was out in the pouring raining changing the plates. My daughter felt so bad that she came out with an umbrella to help keep him dry while we worked on changing the plates. Great Job and thank-you for a great experience, John! More

Chris has outstanding knowledge, he follows up, and he supports his clients through the process. The last car we purchased was an RS5 convertible and I was working on the West Coast, but Chris made the process as seamless as possible. We have owned BMW and Lexus in the past and the Audi blows them away...a great combination of appearance, comfort, and performance driving! More

From being greeted at the front desk to test driving cars with Steve DiStefano to getting the paperwork down with SJ, the team cared about ME. It didn't end there, service provided an amazing and honest experience. I am thankful to have found Audi Raleigh. I may not purchase every car from them but they've set the bar high and I will be seeing them again soon. Thanks Audi Raleigh! More

Drove my car in and after $3183.50 have to have it towed out On Sunday October 25th I drove my car (2006 A4 2.0t) to Audi Raleigh dealer for an oil leak from the valve cover. On October 26th Audi Raleigh perf On Sunday October 25th I drove my car (2006 A4 2.0t) to Audi Raleigh dealer for an oil leak from the valve cover. On October 26th Audi Raleigh performed a Diagnostic and determined that the following items needed repair or replacement as the timing tensioner had broken and made a hole in the valve cover: rear timing chain, tensioner, valve cam cover, related gaskets, seals and hardware. They also recommended some turbo maintenance. I authorized these repairs. Audi Raleigh called and stated that they found additional damage to the camshaft and it needed to be replaced as well, the total repair would be $3,183.50. Audi Raleigh called again and informed me that when they removed the camshaft they found scoring on the cylinder head journals and the repair to replace the cylinder head would be an additional $4100.00. This was very concerning as we are now past the likely value of the car so I asked if the engine could be put back together without replacing the cylinder head. The answer was yes but that Audi Raleigh could not guarantee that my car would run longer than weeks or months but that most likely it would be fine as an interim fix while I can continue using it as a daily driver for work and start planning my next vehicle purchase. The next call I received from Audi Raleigh said there were more problems. The shocking part here is that they said my car did not run but of course they still wanted me to pay the $3183.50. When they started the car here is what the Service Manger said occurred: "the vehicle ran approximately 15 seconds before the scoring of the cylinder head journals seized, broke the new cam shaft and possibly bent cylinder head valves." At no time was I told that there was a possibility that the car engine would seize while in Audi Raleigh care. As trusted advisors the service managers should stress the worst case scenario in cases like this, I would have never risked further engine damage if they had provided the proper assessment and guidance for this serious issue – obviously it was not the right step as it seized in 15 seconds! It should also be noted that Audi has TSBs for excessive cam wear for this engine. Now they want me to pay the bill in full and tow the car home, without even a discount on parts/labor or assistance from Audi corporate to get my car running again! Once again my only options are pay the 3183.50 and tow my car off the lot or pay the $3183.50 and an addition $4100.00 for the engine rebuild. In my almost 30 years of driving I have never experienced a car company that expects you to pay almost $3200.00 when your car is in worse condition then when you dropped it off. More

The experience started for me with his telephone communications, and built from there. I would heartily recommend anyone interested in Audi vehicles contact John and set up a time to meet with him. Oh - and the new Audi models are just AWESOME too! More
