Great Buying Experience No one may read this but as a consumer I don't enjoy the process of buying a car. Audi Raleigh Service Sucks! Ok, so Audi Raleigh has been almost the worst dealership I have ever encountered! My salesman was pretty cool! Past that, the worst experience! So Ok, so Audi Raleigh has been almost the worst dealership I have ever encountered! My salesman was pretty cool! Past that, the worst experience! So I purchased a preowned Audi TT. They told me that the Haldex controller needed to be replaced and also the belly pan. I stated ok! So, I did all the necessary paperwork and got a approval. Their system went down "The Cloud". And my paperwork could not be printed. They asked me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and waited four hours. Nope system still down! They asked me to come back after the weekend and the CLOUD should be up again. Finally July 5 I signed the paperwork and took delivery. My salesman stated its going to take a week or so for the part Haldex to come in so just drive it until then. So I did. On the way home the new belly pan started flapping really bad and scrubbing the on the road, so I had to pull over and rip the rest of the pan off. I decided not to argue about it because I was already irritated with the dealership at this point, as they were an hour drive away. After 3 weeks the Haldex controller finally came In. I brought the vehicle in and they replaced the controller. So, over the next few months my EPC light would come on and then go away here and there. At the 9th month since purchase the light came on and wouldn't go off. So I asked one of my Audi Club buddies to check my car with vcds. He checked it and it stated Haldex Controller failure. I was shocked, this was replaced a few months ago. I pull my car on the rack as saw that the Controller stated (APPROVED SPARE PART) Used part? So, I make an appointment with Audi Raleigh. They take the car in and stated the Controller was bad and they would order me another Controller. It took about a week and a half and the part came in. They had the car for 3 days because the advisor didn't order all the parts. They then installed the controller but it didn't fix it. The advisor told me that the entire rear end had to be replaced at the cost of $3500. I called the service manager three times and he was not available and the operator stated she would let the manager know I called and he should call me back within the day. No surprise he didn't! A couple days later Audi Raleigh customer satisfaction called and asked about my experience. I told her and she said she would have the service manger call me. Again, he didn't. So since the entire rear end was condemned I decided to take matters in my own hands. I ordered a VCDS diagnosis cable. Long story short I replaced a $260 clutch pump for the Haldex and problem solved. They are crooks!!! They're service techs don't know how to diagnose. If you look like you make less than 100k a year, they look at you like you are a peasant! The only 2 that were nice was the lady at the front desk and Charles my salesman. They get 5 stars!! As far as the other staff, they can go kick rocks! I'm DONE with this dealership! More
