These guys must be writing their own reviews! I have a 2022 Q5 that needs service and the earliest diagnostic appointment is over a month out. I was told I could drop it off and leave it and I have a 2022 Q5 that needs service and the earliest diagnostic appointment is over a month out. I was told I could drop it off and leave it and they may be able to work it in over a 3-4 day period, BUT they couldn't provide a loaner car. How the xxxx am I supposed to get around! And what if whatever the issue is gets worse while waiting for a diagnostic appointment.....then what?! More
