I purchased a 2012 A5 (first time customer) and scheduled for the windows to be tinted later that week. Drop off and pick up was easy. Checkout on the other hand needs a little work. Debbie, whom is WONDERFUL, came to the rescue, handled the situation, and got me on my way. From what was beginning to become my first "bad" experience with Boardwalk, quickly became a "customer for life" experience. From the test drive to signing the papers, Debbie was AWESOME! I had neglected to clear the CDs out of my trade in-Lexus IS250, and she gladly made sure I got them back in a timely manner.
