Even though I have still not purchased a vehicle, I felt it necessary to comment on the friendly customer service that I received from Mr. Catalo. His professionalism and laid back approach made me feel entirely comfortable in the dealership even though I was "just looking." Most dealerships tend to be a little more aggressive, and make me feel a little bit uncomfortable, but Steven was quite the opposite. His strictly professional demeanor really made me feel right in my element. Being an executive of a local firm, I felt that Steve's approach mimicked that of one of my clients and colleagues. I have to say, he made me feel a bit under dressed with his well fitting suit and really nice silk tie. Not something I would have expected to see out of a car salesman, but that's what made Steven stick out to me. He did not treat me as a customer, and he does not treat himself as a car salesman. He treated me as a client, is making his passion (cars) a career for himself, and that is what makes all the difference. You can really tell that Steve does not want to just sell you a car, he wants to build a relationship with you and network with you as another professional. I can tell that Steve is passionate about his job and takes it very seriously, and that is why I will be sure to visit him again soon. It began at 9am, with Larry Pryor picking up my R8 at my fr On Wednesday October 4th, I had one of the BEST service experiences from Audi Pittsburgh. It began at 9am, with Larry Pryor picking up my R8 at my front door. He left me a clean A6 loaner car for my use. At approximately 1pm, Larry called me to ask if it would be ok to wash the car. I told him not to worry about it, that I have a guy who usually hand washes the car for me. Larry (THE SERVICE MANAGER) then INSISTED that he would like to personally hand wash my car! Really???? WOW!!! A service manager that is actually committed to pleasing the customer??? The complete opposite experience I had at Sewickley Audi! Long story short, Larry brings my car back to my house at 6:30pm. The oil change service was done. All of the software updates were done. The car was spotless, and returned the same day! The icing on the cake was HE TOPPED OFF MY GAS!! I was totally overwhelmed with the professional service and care that Audi Pittsburgh provided! This is an organization that gets it! For the first time, Audi has a dealership in Pittsburgh that represents the brand well!! Thanks Audi Pittsburgh!! More
