I have had salesman mislead me about the history of a vehicle, maintenance people try to charge me. “Diagnostic” fees, while my car is still under full warranty, and managers promise action and then deliver nothing. A few months ago I had a chance to buy any vehicle I wanted. I decided to try an Audi. I can’t tell you how much I regret it. But I am a fighter. I will take my case to Audi executives across the United States and in Germany. In the meantime, my advice is to stay away from Cochrane. To be clear, my feedback, concerns, both SALES and SERVICE.
