Never again Based on my experience with this dealership I would never choose an Audi again. The car was great, but the customer service is unacceptable. I would leave multiple voicemails with no return calls. And that happened on multiple occasions. It got to the point that if I needed to speak to someone or schedule a service appointment I would have to drive to the dealership in person. Also, a sales person called and brought me in for an appointment on the basis of some bogus reason that my leased car was in demand and there may be benefit to terminating my lease earlier. Don't waste my time. If Audi likes to consider itself a "luxury" brand, they have some work to do. Very disappointed, considering that customer service was one of the selling points. And the same goes for Audi Financial. Lengthy wait times to speak with someone and their website is difficult to navigate. Could not resolve my issue online. Happy that my lease is up. More
