Don't expect anyone to be helpful after the sale I purchased a used Subaru Impreza from this dealer a couple months ago. The buying experience was pretty easy and everyone was friendly and helpful bu I purchased a used Subaru Impreza from this dealer a couple months ago. The buying experience was pretty easy and everyone was friendly and helpful but once I had purchased the car it became impossible to actually get in touch with anyone. After owning the car for only a couple of weeks I found that the driver's side head gasket was leaking. This is a fairly involved and costly repair. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with someone regarding this issue and the most I ever get is told that someone else will get back to me... which, of course, nobody ever actually does. I will say that the head gasket leak is fairly minor at the moment but it will only get worse. I also paid the asking price fully expecting to get a vehicle which was in excellent condition; this vehicle is not. Another issue is that upon arriving home with my new-to-me car I noticed that the front bumper had a large crack in it and a piece was hanging down. I know the bumper was not damaged when I test drove and agreed to buy the vehicle. I can't help but think that the vehicle was parked on the rather steep hill behind this dealership and the bumper scraped and cracked. It could potentially have just gone unnoticed... I think it's more likely that someone just hoped I wouldn't notice until it was too late. Unfortunately when I picked up the vehicle it was facing away from me so I did not notice until I got home. Considering the damage isn't exactly minor, I don't think there's any way I could not have noticed if it had happened in my care. It's just a shame that I didn't inspect the vehicle when I picked it up. Again, my mistake for trusting a used car dealer. Also, the CD player does not work. More

They said yes and promised to "hold" the car for me since I was driving so far to see it. When I arrived, I was told they just sold it a couple of hours ago. The salesperson then had the indecency to start his sales pitch trying to sell me into a different car. WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Almost a test drive I did alot of research on what car I wanted (new 2016 A6). I found the car at this dealership. I called the dealership on a Tuesday early afternoon an I did alot of research on what car I wanted (new 2016 A6). I found the car at this dealership. I called the dealership on a Tuesday early afternoon and waited on the phone for 25 minutes just to speak to someone. I would never wait that long usually but this was the car I wanted and only one in Pittsburgh. I finally spoke to someone named Shane who scheduled me for a test drive that Friday. Shane called me Thursday to confirm and I called on Friday to confirm. I left work early on friday at 2 for this test drive. When I arrive the front desk did not know who Shane was. They finally did but he did not work at that location. I spoke with Eric Johnson who said he may ruin my day because the car is a service vehicle and may be loaned out. Then Eric returns to let me know that his boss took the car home to Cranberry for the weekend and should bring it back some time next week. In order to not waste my trip, I ask to test drive a similar vehicle. Eric informs me it may take 15 minutes as they will have to go get one. I say fine and proceed to look at the interior of another a6. 10 minutes later Eric returns to let me know that they do not have one. My trip was a complete waste of time for me. I had paperwork in hand to purchase that day. This dealership has lost my business. There are too many in Pittsburgh to accept lack of organization and poor customer service. I will be purchasing from Sewickly audi. More
