Pat in service is the best dealer service profession I have ever worked with. He always professional & stay in touch throughout the service, from intake to vehicle pickup. Was disappointed because of two things: 1. Car was in for recall service and tech noticed that the service engine light came on but didn’t tell customer. David called me at 2 PM to say that the car was finished but never said anything more. To go over and above would be if they scanned to see what was wrong with it instead of telling me at 4 PM and then saying that I would have to bring it back another day so that they could scan it. You had the car all day! He said that the light was on whenever the car was brought in, but I just drove it 1 hour to the dealership and it was not on. 2. I was told since I was selling the car, they’d have sales run a price check on the car.. That was a nice gesture too, but was not delivered either. I picked the car up at 4 pm and was told they didn’t get to it. If you can’t deliver something, do not even mention it to your customer! I am very meticulous about my car and service, but I wasn’t impressed with my experience. More
