Because of weather and traffic conditions, I left early and arrived 35 minutes before my time slot. My car was taken in 10 minutes later. My estimated wait time was initially 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The car was taken in for inspection within 15 minutes after I arrived. Because of the weather, they couldn't wash the car, so I was given a voucher for a free car wash at 5 different locations near where I live. It turned out to be a great experience! More
