However Michael the sales mgr. was helpful at the beginning, when it came to making an end of the month sale for the books he chose to care about his numbers more than the customer. Again if it was not for the car, price and Juan (our sales person) the outcome may have been different. I do recommend Ira Audi they do have quality cars for decent prices. Thanks Juan and Nigel. I paid a flat rate of $120.00 for diagnostic and ended up with bogus estimate. Warped drive shaft was diagnosed as a root cause of vibration; estimated costs of repairs were ~$2,500.00. I disagreed since warped drive shaft will cause steady, not intermittent vibration. So I returned later and expressed my doubts about accuracy of diagnostic. However, Service insisted that cause of the problem was accurately and competently diagnosed. Then I brought my car to ordinary Auto Shop and local mechanic found and fixed the root cause of the mechanical issue. Worn upper control links was the actual cause of vibration. My final costs of repairs were ~$400.00. My car was serviced for engine oil/filter replacement a few times at this dealership during last year. At my first visit Service Representative ensured me that Ira Audi only uses synthetic oil as advised by Audi Manufacturer. Based on our last conversation with the same Service Representative, synthetic oil is not used unless explicitly asked by the customer. This was another frustration since I was confident that my engine was running on synthetic oil during the whole past year. As known, it usually takes no more than thirty minutes (including basic multiple check-point inspection) to complete simple engine oil/filter replacement, especially for a scheduled appointment. But expect to spend at least two or three hours for the same scheduled appointment at this dealership. Walk-in customers would expect to wait the same amount time. Thus, there is no point of calling ahead and scheduling one. Service Manager’s direct phone number was provided, but he was always unreachable (away from his desk) during the following couple days of my last appointment. Eventually, I left a voice mail for him. I also filled post service survey describing unsatisfied customer experience. It’s been almost two month and nobody ever got back to me, which clearly states that they could care less about customer’s satisfaction. Undoubtedly, I will not let them service my car anymore. More

Exceptional service---having purchased my 2008 A/4 elsewhere, my selling dealer attempted to repair my glove box unsuccessfully. I thought I would try Ira to get it repaired. Skeptical that I would be treated differently because I purchased elsewhere, I was amazed at the treatment I received. The service manager was friendly, understanding and and put me at ease. They took care of me, repaired my vehicle in quick fashion, even washed and vac the car. I left with a smile on my face. I recently purchased a used 2008 Audi A5 S-line and had a wonderful buying experience here. The business manager Nigel was the best business/finance manager I have ever dealt with and I have many experiences at other dealerships from Ford to Saab to Hyndai to Infiniti. The friendly, low pressure treatment I recieved by these two and really by all I encountered here, was really top notch and was a refreshing change from the common hawkish disrespectful treatment I (and many others) have recieved at other dealers (outside the IRA family). After reading all the positive reviews posted here, truthfully I was a bit skeptical before arriving...thinking a dealer is a dealer is a dealer.Much to my pleasant surprise, such was not the case at all. All the positive reviews on here were very accurate and very much deserved. All in all, I was able to get the car I was looking for at a wonderful price, I recieved a fair market value for my trade in and Nigel really went the extra mile to help me get the best interest rate and Brendan took lots of time to go over every feature of the car (quite the task in these fully loaded machines!) and was even kind enough to program my new Nav with my home address and connected my bluetooth phone for me. I would definitly recomend IRA Audi to anyone Dont walk in with a tough chip on your shoulder, be friendly and respectful and I guarantee you will get the same in return 10 fold. :-) Cheers Matt More
I have been an Audi owner for eight years, and I decided it was time to trade in my '01 A4 for an '09. I went to Ira first, and Brendan spotted me on the lot checking out exact car I wanted. He was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had. We spent a good hour going over all the features of the car in the lot and during the test drive. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car and Audi's in general -- it's something you typically don't find in a dealer sales rep these days. The negotiation process was quick and painless. I walked into the dealer at 10am, was finished with the negotiation and paperwork by noon, and drove off the lot with my new A4 at 5pm. I couldn't believe it was so fast and easy! They even had my shiny new car out in front when I picked it up for all to see. I was prepared to stop at multiple dealers that day, but Ira had the car I wanted and they took the pressure out of the buying process. I can't say enough about Brendan -- he really knows his stuff and he was a joy to work with. I highly recommend him and the dealer. More

They tracked down the particular color & features that I wanted and delivered the car to me in a very short amount of time. Henry spent a lot of time with me explaining the various features and I walked out of the dealership feeling very comfortable with my new car! I have also had several positive experiences with the service department. It is never difficult to schedule an appointment and my car is always returned in a timely fashion. I will certainly recommend Ira Audi to my friends and will continue to do business with the Ira group for many years to come! More

The financing was a breeze and I walked out of the dealer with my new car in no more than 4 hours with all the paperwork done except for Registration which will be completed next week. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is the 4th or 5th deal I have done with Ira Audi over the last 8 or 9 years, all of which have been very pleasant and non-confrontational. Not only that but the service department is the best I have experienced. More
