I was there for over 3 hours for just an inspection. They didn’t even notice the huge puddle of oil in the engine, a mechanic noticed right after my appointment. Came in for emission/exhaust issues (EGR They didn’t even notice the huge puddle of oil in the engine, a mechanic noticed right after my appointment. Came in for emission/exhaust issues (EGR issues, filter problems, typical TDI engine problems) and they blamed it on the intake I had installed, completely the opposite of what I said the problem was. When I took it to a mechanic’s shop right after my appointment to change the intake back to the stock intake because “that was the problem”, the whole shop looked at it and found the problem immediately, and confirmed it with a scanner, and it was indeed what I brought it in for, the exhaust/emission parts of my car. The stock intake is back on and the engine light is on still. I did not have a good experience there, and neither did my mom when she just went and they damaged the frame of her car and never said a word. They eventually fixed it but still. Seems like a lack of effort and a few other things. Local mechanics are always the way to go. More

My service representative, Joe was non responsive throughout the entire process. Phone calls and text messages were not answered. I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day and I repeated throughout the entire process. Phone calls and text messages were not answered. I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day and I repeatedly texted to confirm this was the case. I spoke with someone who said the manager would call me back and with 15 minutes before the dealership closed I got a call from Joe telling me my car was ready. I had mentioned and also texted that I was 45 minutes away. Then Joe tried to over charge me. It wasn’t until I noticed the charge that he changed the cost to the correct amount.
