Please call me. I Arrived at your Palo Alto dealer today with my Audi S8 for an appointment that was difficult to schedule. The call center on Saturday would not I Arrived at your Palo Alto dealer today with my Audi S8 for an appointment that was difficult to schedule. The call center on Saturday would not connect me to the service department, and multiple technicians I have used there in past did not return my voice mails. Eventually, I made an appointment for today. When I arrived, a line of cars blocked the driveway (see video). Eight service desks were empty (see video). I waited behind five unserved customers for 45 minutes and checked in. I was told that the car might not be diagnosed today despite my appointment. I waited for a text about my car being checked in and it has not come. I have no way of reaching a human and my car is stuck in a sea of cars waiting to be serviced and I have not expectation it will even be looked at soon. No loaner cars were available and the courtesy vehicle was 30 minutes away. I went home on Uber and ordered a GoRental to be delivery to my house. I will post this review and these videos everywhere I can on Yelp and Audi sites until I am treated like a customer. My experience was extremely positive. The service professionals were engaging and knowledgeable in explaining my car's problems, and demonstrating the situation with my coolant problem. I have taken my Audi's to this dealership for the past 10 years and the service has severely declined since Swicker took over. From overfilling oil, leaving screws on the dash from a repair, not answering p years and the service has severely declined since Swicker took over. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This service department is the worst. More

Audi of Palo Alto offers excellence to their customers in every area. They have a knowledgeable sales team and an incredible sales manager. My sales person was Matt Santos, he was beyond patient and gave me every area. They have a knowledgeable sales team and an incredible sales manager. My sales person was Matt Santos, he was beyond patient and gave me several lesson on my Q-5. The sales manager, Que, gave me a great price and explanation of the warranties. The finance dept.manager reviewed the documents and went into great detail on the benefits of the different warranties and finance options. He never “talked down to me” or was distracted. The service department has an absolute professional in charge of customer service. His name is Arnold. The other outstanding individual is Sahill. They both made sure my vehicles was well cared for and all of questions were answered. This is the best car purchase I have ever made. I always purchased BMW’s in the past. I never received a great experience at a BMW dealer. I am a female, senior citizen and always leave there with a smile on my face. In a world where so many things can and do go wrong, go to Audi OF Palo Alto where everything can and does go right. The vehicles are top quality as are the people and experience!!! More
I purchased my car here two years ago and that process was good. Then I got it serviced there a few times it was just ok. But the last time I went just this week, service was excellent. Arnold was welcomi was good. Then I got it serviced there a few times it was just ok. But the last time I went just this week, service was excellent. Arnold was welcoming gave us upfront costs and timely estimates. I went in for tire repair. And I was able to get my car serviced too and he also took care of my EV charger recall. Plus, I got my car back, super clean and shiny which I never got before. Great experience overall!! More
