Work completed as scheduled and got a follow-up call when car was ready. Got a chance to speak to Jobi who helped me understand some of the features of my new Audi, which I'm still learning about. He also suggested I take advantage of the 2nd follow-up that Audi provides to new car owners, and gave me the consultant's business card. Ok! More
