My Bad Experience at Audi Jacksonville Audi Jacksonville had a 2012 Mercedes Benz C63 for sale. I spoke with Tory originally to setup a time to view the car and specifically asked that she Audi Jacksonville had a 2012 Mercedes Benz C63 for sale. I spoke with Tory originally to setup a time to view the car and specifically asked that she check over the car to verify any dents, scratches or damage too the car. I live 3 hours away so its a pretty long trip to take just to be dissapointed if there is any damage too the car. Tory said she would personally look at the car and said its in prestine condition. Low and behold soon as we arrived, the lower air dam is cracked in half. I decided to test drive the car, even though the car needed an obvious repair that would not be cheap. Test drive went well, and I was already pre approved through my bank...to make this deal happen, keep in mind, the date was April 30th (the last day of the month)...who wouldnt want to move a damaged mercedes at a audi dealership on the last day of the month? The answer Audi Jacksonville didnt. All we needed to do was meet in the middle for price. Negotiations start and our salesman did what he could do, present an offer. They were not sastified with a 32,500 offer out the door. Theyre number they came back with was 33,875.05. They did not want too pay for the damaged grill, however they did claim “once its fixed” it will be “considerably higher”. They lost a sale over $1375 on a damaged car, without a warantee, thats 6 years old. The used car sales manager was useless, and knew absolutly nothing, he was new and had not a clue what he was doing. Lastly I ended up speaking with the general manager of the dealership, who also was useless. I kept asking, if hes OK with losing a sale of over $1375 and he could not answer the question. The best part of all this is, today I look online and see the car is listed for 500$ cheaper and has been reduced. These people at this dealer have no clue how to run a dealership, the owner should be ashamed of how this place is ran. I would not recommend anyone deal with this dealership, I had way better experiences at Audi of Orlando, and Audi of Lakeland. More

I did all my negotiation thru email, phone calls, and text. When I arrived for my new vehicle everything was done; I sit down with the Finance Manager Hugo, who spoke both English and Spanish. He gave me all the options I asked for and more! I would like to recommend the BDC manager Andy Medina, and the GM Stephan they make my deal happen. I am completely satisfied and will never shop around again! Next time I will just call Audi of Jacksonville. More
