There was no back and forth haggling, I was offered a fair trade and the buying price was what it needed to be. Donna in finance had my paper work ready, we had a nice conversation, she didnt try to sell me a bunch of warranty junk and I was on my way. Alex was even able to get my windows tinted while I waited and quickly resolved one other issue. I will buy from these guys again! More

I was looking for a new car, and I stopped by the Audi dealership to test drive an A4. They did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock, but Frank found the exact vehicle I wanted within minutes of me gett dealership to test drive an A4. They did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock, but Frank found the exact vehicle I wanted within minutes of me getting to the dealership and had the vehicle heading this way. I knew what I was willing to pay, and there was no pressure from Frank to force a sale. I ordered my car on Wednesday and picked it up on Monday. Donna was very nice as she walked me through the paperwork. On the whole a very enjoyable purchasing experience. Since I have not had to use Bob Moore Audi's service department, I cannot rate them at this time, but if they are anything like the sales staff, I am sure there will not be a problem. More
