This is the same form response you posted on the last negative review. Instead of spending time talking to me, I'd prefer that you fix the inefficiencies in your scheduling process. I had to leave three messages for the lady who schedules oil changes. I stepped out of a meeting the third time she called me because I was tired of playing phone tag. I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but it's in fact common place. Nothing says you don't value a customers time more than forcing them to call three times to schedule an oil change and then step out of a meeting so they can take your call.
