Expensive replacement of 4 injectors, for $3000. Had a 9:30 appointment on Monday April 28, for diagnosis of engine light warning. Took until Tuesday late afternoon for Dx to receive estimate. Dropped my car off Tuesday 9am. Wed spoke with rep, said I needed my car back by Thurs or I’m in a bad position. Didn’t hear back until Friday late afternoon! Very difficult to get a hold of anyone who could provide a status update. Was quoted 7k for transmission plate, bushings, brake pads and rotors. Ridiculous! Ended up paying $5600 after contesting and sharing my poor experience. Made me feel that the 7k quote was a total cash grab run up from the jump. Horrible way to treat a 20 yr long Audi/VW loyalist who’s owned 4 of your cars. More
