Try to give 1/2 star but only let you pick the whole star. This is not buyers remose, or anything to that style. Purchased a 2018 Q3 back in Dec, durung the transaction I was never told that the car w star. This is not buyers remose, or anything to that style. Purchased a 2018 Q3 back in Dec, durung the transaction I was never told that the car was deam by Audi Corp to be consider an out of service reach to have my audi connection and the MMI in car will not work, therefore you could not get wifi or any other of the services that Audi provides to brand new cars. I was not asking for free service I was willing to pay.Anyways, went over to the dealer asking for help because I could not connect to Audi connect. They looked at it and they told me the car was missing a dungle and they could not provide it to me. strike one. strike two. I was unhappy with they I was treated with Audi Corp, because after several calls to them to ask them about the dungle, they told me my car was nerver equipt with it. Strike three, a month ago the MMI in the car started to have issue, the media buttom did not work, my phone was not reconized coulld not pair any phone, paid $325.00 to Fremotn Audi to diagnose, they said I need it a new MMI, I did get the third party warranty, but to replace the MMI is over $6K, not sure how the warranty approved for the repair, but the kicker is the dealer does not know when the unit will be available. in the mean time I am calling again Audi Corp. asking for help they transfer me aroung finally the MMI tech expert told me my car was never equip with bluetooth, i did not know what to say to these imbesils, i just hang up. so frustrating!!, any ways now the unit broke, don't have anything no radio no nothing. so , I went looking to see if I can sale or donate it, kelly blue book told me they could not give a quote it was flag? what the xxxx! pull a car fax, this car had three accidents left and right read and rear bumper, when I bought the car they only told it one accident, the car sound like it is going to fall apart when I go in and out of drive ways. thinking back, the fiancail amnager told me Capital one was not going to finance the car unless I bught the warranty. hmm , now that I found out , this is highly illegal. another strike, lost count. I just do not what to do, if I had a radio I would just probably listen to music and let the frustation go away, but I DO NOT!. I will not say do not buy from them, JUST DO NOT BUY AN AUDI!!! More
Went in for a routine 20K service. Booking online was easy, someone came out to greet me immediately, service was done exactly as expected.
