Dropped my car off Tuesday 9am. Wed spoke with rep, said I needed my car back by Thurs or I’m in a bad position. Didn’t hear back until Friday late afternoon! Very difficult to get a hold of anyone who could provide a status update. Was quoted 7k for transmission plate, bushings, brake pads and rotors. Ridiculous! Ended up paying $5600 after contesting and sharing my poor experience. Made me feel that the 7k quote was a total cash grab run up from the jump. Horrible way to treat a 20 yr long Audi/VW loyalist who’s owned 4 of your cars. More
