I went on North OC Audi's web site, found the exact car we wanted, called them and asked to speak with their sales manager. I explained my circumstance, told him I'd checked his inventory on line on a Wednesday PM. 24 hours later we had our new Q-3 from N OC Audi. Justin the sales manager and Austin the salesman led us through the process. They were appreciative for the business.
