Prestige Audi is the BEST dealer in South Florida for sure! Yelsen was amazing - he waited for me 40 minutes after 6pm because I was stuck in traffic but had to get my car that evening. He called me the afternoon before with updates regarding my car. Prestige Audi is fantastic! We've bought our last two cars there. I live pretty far away from this dealership but I drive there because I love their customer service (even though there is another on two cars there. I have never encountered a rude person there, they are always very nice. The moment you walk in someone is making sure you are taken care of. They are very efficient and they take care of everything, making the chore of getting your car serviced easy. One thing that I can't stand with some dealerships is that when you are getting work done, they leave you stranded without a car. That's a big deal for me (or deal breaker). I, like many others, can't be without transportation. Prestige NEVER does that, I'm always offered a car, regardless of what is being done. With Prestige's complimentary service and rentals, I'm getting kind of spoiled (as it should be!). I think I will be driving Audis for the rest of my life because I really don't want to go anywhere else. More

I have been servicing my Audi Q5 with Vernon Chang since 2010 and could not be happier. He is extremely professional, always responsive and attentive to my needs. This particular service visit extremely p 2010 and could not be happier. He is extremely professional, always responsive and attentive to my needs. This particular service visit extremely pleasant and surprising too - I say that because I did not have a formal appointment but was in major need of service as one of my tires seemed low in air and damaged and the monitoring system had all four tires marked as low. The A/C was also giving me issues. I only called him a few days earlier letting him know my issues and how worried I was and he told me just stop by when I could. I did and he immediately took care of me and even gave me a loaner which was a huge surprise as I did not have an appointment. From my past experience at another dealer, that was never offered unless you had an appointment weeks in advance. These are the moments that win and keep customers and Vernon's treatment of me will keep me servicing my vehicle at Prestige. He is truly a wonderful person to work with and I am very happy he is the person responsible in servicing my vehicle. Thank you for your great service as a dealership as well. More
