I have to explain my experience. This is the third Audi I have to explain my experience. This is the third Audi I have from same dealership. Yuri is fantastic and he is the reason I always come back to Pre I have to explain my experience. This is the third Audi I have from same dealership. Yuri is fantastic and he is the reason I always come back to Prestige, and keep getting another Audi. On my three Audis I had the same problem. The light on the oil goes on, all the time. The first and second car they even had to do a study to see what was wrong. Now this one is new. I just brought the car last month for the mileage revision. Last week the light on the oil went on again and I went to the dealership and they were VERY busy could not take me. I was afraid and took my car to Lubby oil I though it was danger to drive the car with the light on. They remove a panel underneath the car which I learned later it was not supposed to do. THe oil was leaking and the light went on again. I went again to Prestige and this time the person told me they had no time for me again, I should call make an appointment. Just drive the car with the light on. I got very upset and went to talk to Yuri who introduced me to a very nice gentleman Mr. Richard Llanes who solved my problem. Took my car right away and found out the mistake Lubby oil change had made. I was relived he did that, imagine if I had follow the advise the person gave me, What upsets me this ended up costing me more than $300k. $100 on the mistake Lubby and $200 to fix it at Prestige. This was due the luck of time they had for me. If they had helped me since the beginning this would not had happened, and this is a defect on the car, since the 3 cars had the same problem. This made me think not to continue having an Audi. I do not think this was fair and my fault. More

Generally I do not like having to purchase/lease an automobile. However my experience with Audi and with Miguel was exceptional. Miguel was very knowledgeable, friendly and was NOT pushy. He worked with me to negotiate a very fair deal and made me feel very good about the lease experience. he also showed me all of the features and helped me get comfortable with the new car. If I was asked to recommend an associate to work with i would without question suggest Miguel. More

Brought my Audi A4 in (without an appointment) because I thought that I needed air in one of the tires. Vernon Chang personally checked things out and found that I had a nail in the tire. Consequently, he r thought that I needed air in one of the tires. Vernon Chang personally checked things out and found that I had a nail in the tire. Consequently, he recommended that the tire needed to be replaced because the lack of air pressure had compromised the integrity of the sidewall creating a potential safety hazard. He took care of everything on the spot and I was able to drive home with the new tire. Vernon's diligence helped me to avoid a serious problem down the road. Great service. Thanks. DZ More
