Dan Fox is a man of his word, and will do his best to satisfy a customer. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, and always kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. Diana Giraldo is a super star! Her genuine care for customer satisfaction is evident. It was clear I was not just a work order number, I was her client and customer. I took my car for service to Prestige Audi dealership, where I have purchased my car, for which I previously called for an appointment within a week, once we arrived to the dealership, employees were ther where I have purchased my car, for which I previously called for an appointment within a week, once we arrived to the dealership, employees were there to greet us (myself and my wife) and offering us coffee; water, and making us feel comfortable, we were led to the desk of the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Luis Pagani, whom, as soon as he finished taking care of the previous customer, he welcomed us and got busy with the necessary paperwork to service our car and got us a complimentary ride home, later, when service was done, he call us home to let us know the car was ready and that the driver was in his way to pick us up. Once again in the dealership, we were explained everything that was done to the car and we find it clean and shine as new. This was a pleasant experience and deserves accolades for all the people who makes this possible. I love my Audi and enjoy dealing with Audi people. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say it.
