i brought the car in for an a/c repair and to have a small dent fixed. at first, everyone was very kind and helpful. i was helped right away and even though the body work couldnt be taken care of at thi small dent fixed. at first, everyone was very kind and helpful. i was helped right away and even though the body work couldnt be taken care of at this location a repair shop was recommended. i left happy. 3. weeks. later..... my car was lost twice, nobody could tell me when it would be done. the two dates given to me must have been something said to keep me from calling....again. prestige was really only responsible for the a/c which was fixed, but as of today, doesnt work again. the recommended body shop, diamante was rude, rude, rude!!! i wouldn't recommend them to anyone! they wouldnt look up the location of my car, they were impossible to get to call me back, gave me multiple pick up dates which turned into "no-gos". so ultimately, my bigger problem was with diamante, but i am shocked they were recommended to me and i am upset that my servicing did not fix the a/c ultimately. More

I treasure and value this kind of very personalized service. During the time my vehicle was in the shop it was extremely easy and efficient to get in touch with her regarding the progress of the inspections performed on the vehicle as well as a few other concerns I had. I could easily say that Miss Giraldo went out of her way to be diligent. She proved to be very knowledgeable and caring of my vehicle. If I rated her from 1-10 I would give her a 20! I'm new to Prestige Audi (I've owned an Audi before - The Collection) and this is the first time ever since I've owned a vehicle that the process of taking my vehicle to the shop, following up and staying informed (not to mention how incredible fast and efficient it was to get in touch with Miss Giraldo) has been a pleasure instead of the terrible nightmare it usually is to deal with other service and repair shops as well as service managers who are never available or reachable for inquiries or follow up on one's vehicle.
