I have no problem with dealership in sales, but service department needs to be aware that the their customer service communication needs a lot of work. For a week we had to keep calling to get someone to t department needs to be aware that the their customer service communication needs a lot of work. For a week we had to keep calling to get someone to tell us what is wrong with our car and we’re giving wrong answers. We were promised a loaner because parts were not available and never got that. We are very disappointed with this service. More
