The transaction at the dealership on the day of pickup took 3 hours - about what I had expected. I dealt primarily with sales rep Marcel, and Finance Manager Carlos Saavedra, both of whom were excellent. Communication was great. There was no pressure for the sale. I did not negotiate price, because their listing price was in the fair range, and I felt that I was getting a little more for the car than I had expected to. More
