I have no problem with dealership in sales, but service department needs to be aware that the their customer service communication needs a lot of work. For a week we had to keep calling to get someone to t department needs to be aware that the their customer service communication needs a lot of work. For a week we had to keep calling to get someone to tell us what is wrong with our car and we’re giving wrong answers. We were promised a loaner because parts were not available and never got that. We are very disappointed with this service. More

View full reported vehicle condition below" Went to see Audi North Miami, who - said they did not generate offer, - amount was "computer-generated" - proceeded to low ball my vehicle with their "appraisal" What has odd was Audi North Miami had posters up saying "No haggle no hassle pricing policy...We do not play pricing games." Apparently this only applies to the price THEY put on used cars, not the OFFERS CarGurus forwards with their name. Interesting. CarGurus response was the "offer" is an offer of the kind that the dealer can change for any reason. Not really what the word "offer" means. Recommendation: CarGurus "offers" are not worth using; dealers such as Audi North Miami simply disown and ignore them. Don't waste your time. More
