I brought the car in ahead of time, they checked it out and assured me that it would not be a problem and I would not have to pay anything additional. Every week I would call Ivan to check in and remind him and the answer was always - YES, no problem. The day before my flight to San Diego, I brought the car in, and after 30 minutes, his general manager gave me a different story. Now they would only take it if I paid additional money for it. I got this "news" at 4pm the day before my flight. All promises went out the window. I would never again trust these guys and certainly would never give them my business. I've heard of dishonest car dealers, but never expected this from Audi. More
