Paint damage I thought i could trust Classic Audi service for everything from oil changes, mile service maintains, brakes and detailing ( which they have done expe I thought i could trust Classic Audi service for everything from oil changes, mile service maintains, brakes and detailing ( which they have done expect detailing that was next) But I was wrong, paint-less dent removal person damaged my car. When I saw it I called right away(I looked over car the with my the service adviser and it was not visible), I was told to come back and the service manger Jeff Brown would look at it. He stated that the installers tools where smooth and could not have damaged the car. Then he told me it was from a rock. But I told him from that angle it couldn't have damaged this location. Plus this is the area where the repair man was working. He dismissed me. I then went to his General manager Tim Shishko who said he would use a touch up stick to repair the damage and not to paint the panel because it would devalue the car??? I trusted them with Maintainace so I didn't the think panitless dent removal would be a problem. I then stated to Tim Shishko and Jeff Brown I know my car and I take care it of it well. I wash and wax it spring, summer and fall. So I know where any road damage or dings are on the car especially new ones. They didn't even meet me have way. We have leased several cars from Classic, and are leaseing now. But this car we purchased. I guess we are nobodies. They made us feel worthless by there reactions. I now have to find a new service dept. which is going to be a dawnting task. As I have grow to trust the service team. They are very helpful and guide me in the right direction. Unfortunately the General manager(Tim Shishko) and Service manager(Jeff Brown) don't share the same sense of caring for my vehicle as the service advisers. I still have hopes that they will come to there senses and do the right thing. If they do I will follow up. Please look over you car carefully. I don't want other people to feel the same negative treatment we have experienced. R.W. More

new A4 purchase Alain Mimrain was outstanding from start to finish. Helped my parents with their selection, was patient in explaining all the details and worked with Alain Mimrain was outstanding from start to finish. Helped my parents with their selection, was patient in explaining all the details and worked with us - even drove to our home so that my father could sit in the car and see if he felt comfortable and could get in/out with his walker - to find the right choice. I brought the car in ahead of time, they checked it out and assured me that it would not be a problem and I would not have to pay anything additional. Every week I would call Ivan to check in and remind him and the answer was always - YES, no problem. The day before my flight to San Diego, I brought the car in, and after 30 minutes, his general manager gave me a different story. Now they would only take it if I paid additional money for it. I got this "news" at 4pm the day before my flight. All promises went out the window. I would never again trust these guys and certainly would never give them my business. I've heard of dishonest car dealers, but never expected this from Audi. More

I'm not an "easy" customer, I ask a lot of questions and have high expectations and I am always satisfied when I arrive and leave Audi service. DAVON is also very kind and professional! I've kept my Audi for this long because of the service! I usually change my cars every 2-3 years. I've never had such great service and wonderful people at the service and I've owned many cars---Honda, Nissan, Acura, Lexus, and BMW - nothing compares to the service at Audi in Mt. Vernon. The staff that I encounter and work with are the best, they're the only ones I want to speak with and want checking my car, when I go there. More
