CLASSIC AUDI IS LIKE MY SECOND HOME I took my Q7 for a service inspection yesterday at the Classic Audi. Joseph Sackson assisted me. As soon as i walked in, Joseph greeted me warmly and I took my Q7 for a service inspection yesterday at the Classic Audi. Joseph Sackson assisted me. As soon as i walked in, Joseph greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. Joseph has a good memory about all specific details regarding my car. He is very helpful in answering my questions and kept me up to date about when my car will be ready. I am really satisfied and pleased with the service provided by Classic Audi. More

Traveling 90 miles to buy a car Ross Lubell was given my name as a referral because I was interested in buying an Audi just off lease. Mr. Lubell had never met me before the actual Ross Lubell was given my name as a referral because I was interested in buying an Audi just off lease. Mr. Lubell had never met me before the actual sale; but was gracious enough to keep me informed on various Audi A4s off-lease with low mileage that had the features I wanted He was never high-pressure, never saying to me "you can't let this one go by". Nathaniel Brazil is a very displeased customer On 12/15/15 approximately 1pm my cousin and I walked into Classic Audi located at 541 White Plains Road Eastchester NY 10709. The receptionist greeted On 12/15/15 approximately 1pm my cousin and I walked into Classic Audi located at 541 White Plains Road Eastchester NY 10709. The receptionist greeted us very nicely then called Mr. Ross Lubell to the front to assist us. He introduced himself as an Audi specialist then asked"what can I help you with?" I told him "I was interested in any clearance deals for a 2015 q7." He told me,"he had only two 2015 q7s left but the prices weren't discounted." then escorted us to his desk to discuss pricing. I was told the monthly lease payments for the 2015 q7 with 12000 miles per year with 4550 down would be $759. I expressed that the price was more than I expected! He asked me "how much can you afford to pay?" I told him "I can afford to pay $650 a month" he abruptly ended things by saying sorry we don't have any vehicles for you!! As if I was wasting his time. He didn't even show or ask if I would be interested in any another vehicle. I feel his actions were very unprofessional, insulting and racially motivated. The Audi Q7 was the car of my dreams and I would've loved to have been part of the Audi family. Unfortunately I had to take my business to Pepe Infinity. More

Classic Audi service I love my Audi however I have to say that the most compelling reason to continue buying cars from Classic is their service dept. I can't say enough ab I love my Audi however I have to say that the most compelling reason to continue buying cars from Classic is their service dept. I can't say enough about the staff and how accommodating they are. My recent visit was managed by Joanna Bell.
