Ross Lubell of Classic Audi in Eastchester, NY greatly assisted me when the lease on my current car was ending and I needed to find a new one quickly. My husband is usually responsible for these things but he was traveling for work. I inquired about the Audi Q7 through the dealership website and Jason immediately responded connecting me to salesman Ross Lubell. Ross and I had a very informative conversation over the phone, as he explained various options and pricing and encouraged me to visit that day if I was able. Because he had provided so much data over the phone, unlike Manhattan Audi which had proved to be opaque and less responsive, I felt it was worth the trip. And for any of you who have never visited Classic Audi in Eastchester, it’s a gorgeous and intimate showroom, perched right between Bronxville and Scarsdale where everyone is friendly and the drive over is a delight. The salespeople are all friendly professionals you could have gone to college with who wear colorful ties and help you grab a coffee. I almost expected someone to ask if I wanted to play a round of golf while waiting. A few hours later, after meeting with Ross and the finance manager Jeff Lower, who was also wonderful, I drove back to the Upper East Side in our new Audi Q7. More
Service Center (in Mt. Vernon) provides worst service ever First of all, the service center is in Mt. Vernon (not Eastchester) and it is not the most pleasant place to visit. Now, I had a great sales experien First of all, the service center is in Mt. Vernon (not Eastchester) and it is not the most pleasant place to visit. Now, I had a great sales experience at Classic Audi in Eastchester but they push you to use their service in Mt. Vernon and Jeff Brown- the "service manager" is the worst. Had an issue with my car and sent it there for that and inspection. He told me he can't inspect it b/c a sensor has to reset after 120 miles before he could inspect it. So, I decided to get the inspection locally after the 120 miles. The inspector said if Mt. Vernon did not pass it on safety - he would not have and only passed the other part of the inspection. Come to find out my tires were worn to point of being unsafe to drive and back tires were only slightly better. Front tires were BALD on outer edges indicating poor wheel alignment. I called Jeff and expressed my concern. Not only did no one there tell me this (they never provided service checklists which they should have) but he defended himself, was dismissive to me still insisting I have a little time left (I guess until I skid off the road and potentially kill me and my daughter as front tires were in red zone for wear) and that I don't need a wheel alignment - "that is just how the tires wear". I ended up giving my new tire and wheel alignment business to someone else and promptly called the GM of the dealership who was quite apologetic. BUT, in the end, I will never go back there again. I came to find out several other people I know had horrible dealings with Jeff and he was "let go" from Country Audi of Greenwich before he went to Classic. What is Classic thinking? Beware - as long as Jeff is the manager - you will not get good service there. They may "check the boxes" but they are not going above the basic work. More

He did everything possible in his power to get me into a 2016 model and I'm extremely satisfied with how he handled the transaction and worked his magic to find me a car that I TRULY wanted! More
