I am happy to say I was approached by Ross Lubell who took the time to understand what I needed and was looking for in a car to suit my family. He took his time and went over different options and then brought me over to see my soon to be Certified Q5 which met everything and then some that I was looking for. Classic Audi has a very welcoming atmosphere and Ross Lubell took that experience to another level. Ross was very accommodating, made himself available and went above and beyond to double check and triple check everything that you need to go through to complete the sale of a car. He happily assisted with the process and was pleasant even if I had forgotten something that was necessary for the process. Mr. Perkins listened carefully to what my automobile needs were and efficiently reviewed the available inventory. Once a car was chosen; he kept me in the loop of the process, answered my questions and invited me to test drive the car. Mr. Perkins promised me that once I drove it, I would love it and he was right. Upon delivery, Mr. Perkins spent time reviewing the different features of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He also offered an open invitation to contact him if I had any questions and has followed up to thank me for choosing Classic Audi.
