I wish I could give a higher score because it's a beautiful facility and the staff was very friendly. However, they told me my car was ready one night, when I came the next morning they said it wasn' beautiful facility and the staff was very friendly. However, they told me my car was ready one night, when I came the next morning they said it wasn't ready yet with no explanation. They did what they had to do to make it right (drove me home, delivered the car later) but it was a waste of almost an hour. Then when the car arrived to me, a safety system malfunction light was on that wasn't there before which resulted in another waster hour. Only 1 of the 2 recalls was completed so after all that I still have to go back. Again, the staff were friendly and helped where they could but just seemed like an unorganized operation..I hope as they settle into this new facility they take customer feedback to make things better. More

Review is for their new service facility and the newly renamed Audi of New Rochelle located at 2 Harrison Street. None of the staff from their North Macquesten Pkwy in Mount Vernon NY appear to have move renamed Audi of New Rochelle located at 2 Harrison Street. None of the staff from their North Macquesten Pkwy in Mount Vernon NY appear to have moved into this new facility behind NewRoc, which is very unfortunate. It is currently staffed by poorly trained individuals who over-promise and mis-communicate. I was told that a simple oil change and factory safety recall would be done within 2 1/2 hours. I didn't leave their facility for 5 hours! They were also supposed to do our vehicle's annual inspection, and inexplicably "ran out of NY state inspection stickers". Then, when I went to our local gas station to have it done, our vehicle FAILED INSPECTION since Audi reset all the data during our service. Shouldn't they have told me that might happen? AVOID THIS FACILITY! More
