I originally contacted your sales department regarding a 2020 A3 we saw posted on line. Unfortunately that vehicle was gone. Your salesman Jose informed us of a 2019 A3 that had just come in. It was going t 2020 A3 we saw posted on line. Unfortunately that vehicle was gone. Your salesman Jose informed us of a 2019 A3 that had just come in. It was going through the Audi Certification process and wouldn't be available for a few days. He also informed us that the car only had 5,500 miles on it. By the time he was done explaining the Audi Certification Program, what it takes for a car to be approved for the program and the way the warranty works we were very interested. He did remind us that it was still going to be a few days until the car was ready. We talked on Saturday and agreed that we would pick the car up on Tuesday. He was extremely professional, he answered all of our questions and helped us to get all of the paperwork done on that Saturday. He then sent us his cell phone number and told us if we had any questions we could reach out to him at anytime. On Sunday evening we realized that we were no longer going to be able to come in on Tuesday due to a prior family commitment. I sent him a text message early on Monday and informed him of the situation. I explained to him that we would need to pick up the car that day. He told me he would do what he could but wasn't sure it could be done. At 925 am he called me back and informed me that the car would be ready at 15:00 that day. Once we arrived at the dealership and finally met Jose we both thanked him for all he had done. I have to tell you that Jose was extremely knowledgeable and knew all of the features of the car and answered all of our questions without hesitation. If I could give him 100 stars I would happily do so. I have already shared our experience with our friends in the area and know they will be coming to see Jose when its time to buy their next Audi. I apologize for the long review but feel it was necessary as I wanted to be sure you understand how grateful we are. I doubt Jose will ever see this but just incase he does I want to let him know that Amanda and I want to thank you for all you did to make our first Audi purchase as spectacular as you did. More
