But when you get to work with a class act dealership like Audi Nashville, it makes it a lot smoother. Great waiting room with wi-fi, snacks, drinks. Even a large upper level area with lots of work surfaces and electrical plugs. I wasn't planning on having a flat or spending my afternoon at the dealership. But with all those perks, i was still able to get my work done and even have two client calls. Yes, the client area was large enough and quiet enough to support that. Then you add the super personal staff. Very professional. Courteous. Downright likable. They can even arrange loaner cars with notice. And always a ride to where you need to go. I had a BMW for 10 years. Was never offered a loaner car and was always made to feel like i should be happy they were waiting on me. Polar opposite at Audi Nashville. And my experience there has been so great, my husband now also is a Audi owner. More

Service Dept is why I keep coming back. I just purchased my third Audi, a S7 this time from Tim at Nashville Audi. And I keep coming back because of the outstanding service provided by Bobby I just purchased my third Audi, a S7 this time from Tim at Nashville Audi. And I keep coming back because of the outstanding service provided by Bobby in the service dept. I couldn't ask for more. Appointments are easy and he always has a new loaner car ready for me so I'm never inconvenienced or waiting around. And service is always completed on time and my car is returned clean as new. I will never buy anywhere else as long as Bobby and the service dept keeps performing this great. 👍🏼😊 More
Distasteful experience ppointed with the service and treatment of our situation by the service manager at Audi Nashville. Long story short, we were vacationing in Nashville ppointed with the service and treatment of our situation by the service manager at Audi Nashville. Long story short, we were vacationing in Nashville when our Audi broke down so we had it towed to Audi Nashville. The next morning after some confusion we receive a call stating that there's nothing wrong with the car. They drove it. Couldn't replicate the problem so they "cleared the codes", we paid the diagnostic fee and we were all fixed up. Two days later, on our way home the car breaks down again. Exactly replicating the problem that had it towed in the first place. On our trip home the car lost power at least 30 times resulting in having to be towed again to our dealership at home. Our Audi checks it out and reads from the same code that previously came on, fuel pump was bad. Our service manager was stunned that Audi Nashville did not see this and we've come to the conclusion that they wanted us out of their hair. I called to explain the situation to the service manager (I believe his name is Bryan) and was told that he would give me a call back. He never called. So I called again, and the conversation basically went like this, "you're telling us we didn't do our job and you're wrong." I asked him to find out what codes were shown that they cleared and he said he would call me back. No call. We thought it fair to receive a refund for the diagnostic fee seeing as they didn't locate or fix the problem resulting in a very terrible experience. This is the type of customer care you can expect from Audi Nashville. I would like to add that we previously purchased an Audi Q7 from Audi Nashville and the experience was pleasant but will never do business again with this dealership. More
